I thought the title was pretty clever.  I loved the song 99 Luftballoons as a kid...despite the fact that it came out the year I was born and that I recently found out that it's an anti-nuclear war song.  I was apparently a pretty deep kid.

If you haven't figured it out based on the title, this top was a thrifty $24.99 at Forever 21.  I can't find it online any more, but it might still be in stores.
